This feedback is reviewed monthly and shared with the team so that we can establish what we do well and where there is room for improvement. HFEA Clinic Survey
The HFEA ask clinics to encourage their patients to provide feedback about their clinic via the website through completion of a short five-question survey. This is part of their “Choose a Fertility Clinic” platform, where patients can access information about centres to enable them to make a decision about which clinic is right for them.
