“My Husband and I were advised to consider using donor eggs to achieve a pregnancy, and we decided to use the Instituto Bernabeu satellite service. The kind and knowledgeable staff at both clinics clearly explained how the treatment would work and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Communication was very efficient, and we were kept fully informed of every step in our treatment plan. The clinics were very positive and supportive, and we always felt cared for and looked after, and that nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very considerate, professional and compassionate and showed us lots of empathy. We have had such a positive experience and we feel incredibly lucky and forever grateful to have two beautiful, healthy daughters born as a result of egg donation through the Instituto Bernabeu satellite service”.
